Because every home has it's own unique needs we do not have a set routine.
Procedure for potential regular clients: We come and meet with you at your home to get an insight into your family, needs and requirements. We will walk through each room of your house then together we will tailor a personalised cleaning plan that suits your needs and budget. The plan can be as basic, or as complex, as you require. We provide a wide range of superior domestic services and each and every individuals needs are different. We endeavour to accommodate all requests and if, for some reason, we are unable we will organise or recommend someone who can help. We can also provide a checklist that employees will check off as they go.
If you do not wish, or do not have time, to meet for an in home assessment that is absolutely fine, we can easily sort your needs over the phone, or through email.
Depending on your requirements the services in your home will be performed by either one cleaner, or a team of two. To ensure a consistent service the same cleaner or team is assigned to you. All first time regular services are performed by Kyle, the managing director, or Steph, our team leader, so you know from the start the superior standard Domestic Delight demands of our amazing employees.
For a one off clean we will most likely discuss your requirements over the phone or by email.
We supply all of our own products and equipment, but of course we are more than happy to use yours if you prefer. A lot of clients do prefer their own vacuum and mop are used.
We offer flexible, individual solutions for the unique situations of each of our clients. No request is too big or small! We love to help any way we can. Our main objectives are have lasting relationships with our clients and give your home our beautifully bright Domestic Delight personal touch.
